Prof. Jörg Müller

Prof. Dr. Jörg Müller is Director of the Department of Neurology at Vivantes Klinikum Spandau, an academic teaching hospital of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, and has served as Medical Director of the hospital since 2018. He completed neurosurgical training at Charité in Berlin and his neurology residency at the Medical University of Innsbruck, where he obtained his habilitation in 2003 and subsequently worked as a senior physician until 2008. Since 2008, he has led the Department of Neurology at Vivantes Klinikum Spandau. His clinical and scientific focus is on neurological movement disorders, particularly Parkinson’s disease, as well as botulinum toxin therapy. Prof. Müller is a member of several national and international neurological societies and has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed international publications, including in The New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, Brain, and Neurology.
